Made with Hatch Green Chile!  Our Green Chile Ranch is bold, with more than a hint of Green Chile taste.  The mix is laden with roasted green chili powder and flakes, along with our “if we tell you what’s in it, we have to kill you” blend of Southwest spices. John says “It almost tastes like Santa Fe smells during chile-roasting season!”

Simply add buttermilk (or milk) and mayonnaise (or sour cream) and give it a shake.  Makes more than a pint, depending on how thick you like your dressing.  You won’t be disappointed!
